I know this isn't your mod, and thanks for uploading here, but something strange is happening on my server. I removed it, and still torches are not switching off. What do i have to remove, any ideas? I initially removed the four files that are part of the zip.

Click on the tab named "Files" here on this mod page. It tells you the one file this mod includes. There are not four files. You just need to delete that one file to uninstall this mod.

Is there any correlation between this and fps issues? My game is now struggling with frames since adding this

No idea, but all mods are going to use some CPU resources. Use too much and you will get lower FPS.

I'll take a look at this, but seems unlikely. You are the first to mention this.

BTW, just how many campfires and torches are near you when you notice lower FPS? I'll need to know this for my tests that I run.

2 bonfires, 5 or 6 campfires, about 30 torches - I'm on really high end specs though, GTX 3080+ Ryzen 5800x
I only ask because I've been running thr game really really well and then since getting some mods it's terrible, I've removed all mods and it's still messed up, even without torches eternal, my fires don't run out now either

If the game is slow (low FPS) even after removing all mods, you've come across the basic build limitation of this game. Press F2. It shows you your FPS, but also the number of instances. Everyone's PC has different performance, but with as low as 10,000 instances, some PCs begin to lose FPS. Others can go to 20,000 or higher. The main thing that increases instances is terraforming. Each use of the hoe and pickaxe is around 1 instance. Any large base with a large amount of flattening, raising, and digging of ground is going to reduce FPS.

There are posts on steam forum, a few videos, etc. on this topic. Google "Valheim terraforming FPS" should find them. The main thing to note, is to check your instance count and watch the FPS. Stop building in one area when you see too many instances and the FPS beginning to drop.

So to be clear, it has nothing to do with this mod or any mods, it is a limitation of the game design.

Light sources, like the post below are apparently also a FPS killer. But watch for the above too.

Fire lightsources are a FPS killer. Keep them at minimum.
I was having big FPS drops in my base as well, adding
      gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
      gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1
as the first lines to the Boot.config file (Valheim\valheim_Data\) made my game run smoother than ever.
      Hope this helps!

Would you care to have an option to take from inventory for torches? I don't feel like cheating my way on that.

Hmm, you can already fuel torches and campfires from your inventory.

I can see how it doing it automatically might be nice, although all the times it does it when you don't have any spare wood is going to drive most people batty.

When you install BepInEx, you are adding support for HarmonyX mods. I'll probably edit that description since you don't need to know that. You just need to know that you need BepInEx installed.

So yes, this mod doesn't care what is on the server. Now, if no one else has it, it can be a bit annoying, as everywhere you go, it will keep filling all the torches and campfires you get near. Even if they are completely out, they will then light up.

Does this mod adds  the resin and wood automatically or does ir actually costs materials from your inventory ?

It adds it automatically. Nothing needed in your inventory.

I'm not the creator, this is just a fork and an upload here. I've actually never used any of these mods, but thought maybe someone like me could make them available.

What did the BuildHelper mod do? Unfortunately, none of the mods in GitHub had any explanation as to what they do.

It allowed your hammer to return 100% of recourses when breaking down objects. Thanks anyways for the fork

All or almost all of the functionality of the BuildHelper mod is in Valheim Plus. I took a look at the source code. I'm not wanting to release this one unless I understand how it works (so I can maintain it if needed). I'll look at it later to see if I can understand everything it does.

It would be nice if new author could add a link to his fork of the original mod. Thanks!

I plan to add the link, but right now if you looked at it, there would be no changes at all, as nothing is checked in.

    Hey mate, thanks for reuploading.
Does this still add resin to torches as well?
