I have used this mod for a very long time and have always wanted to be able to modify the restrictions for recall usage. Could you please add the ability to change the restrictions within the config? I see the "warpfix" attribute in the runes.json file but adding additional biomes as strings does not seem to change the restriction.
If you would rather not make it a configurable setting, if higher lvl versions always inherited the capabilities of the lower tiers, that would be useful.

1. The restriction of only being able to make the rune while resting is great for pvp servers but can be annoying in some pve settings. A smiple toggle switch in the config would solve this easily for all types of players.

I'm the mod creator, yes, thanks for reaching me! I'm currently on a vacation trip so I can't really do much on PC but if you don't mind please reply there that I'll take a look on the nexus messages as soon as I get back (in like 5 days). I don't have my nexus account password on mobile so I can't do that myself. And if it's not much to ask can you send me whatever was questioned there? So I can have an idea what's happening. o/
Smoothbrain over on odinplus team has a skill thing that updates everything within the mod. no outside injector thing. Im sure if you asked him about it he'd gladly help you update the skills portion or point you in the right direction :)

nice mod an idea would be to make rune stones out of the trophies that have a typical ability of the creature
