So here it is, this outstanding mod replaces the original goblin sounds with beavis and butt-head ones improving the PLAINS experience in 200%. Trust me this mod make the game better.

Update
JuerroGrande made me aware of the existence of another similar mod created two tweeks ago.
I looked for the same mod before upload this one and I didn't find it.
I noticed the other mod requires adult flag enabled, that should be the reason because my search didn't return that mod. I enabled it now in my profile and it appears in the search results.
So I thought the same idea this week and created this page to share more easy the mod with friends without being aware of the existence of the other mod. I see I'm not the only one who thinks goblins = beavis and butt-head.
The differences between beavis and goblin vs beavis and buttgoblin sound mod is:
- Safe for work.
- Smaller scope, only focuses in the small goblins, the most common ones.
- Another approach, As I only used the sounds of beavis and butthead in one npc, is like they "talked" between them.
