Brief Tour:

This build was laid out on a spit of land where the ocean is to the south and a river channel is to the west.  When building, you want to align the dock to the west, the smithy to the north and the stone seawall to the south.  Based on the save point for the build your character should be on the sea wall, facing the house chimney side of the house.

The dock is built with the expectation the water level would be  two stone slabs deep.  If your water level is shallower, you will have to dig out around the dock area.  If it is deeper, there is a possibility the slabs will collapse after building without support underneath.  Terrain was not saved with this build.

The inside of the building has plenty of storage with 20+ chests.  The house has the tools appropriate for a character entering or in the middle of the bronze age, who is getting ready to head out for the swamps and iron gathering.  This is where my character Amina is at in the save game this building came from.

Update 3/28/2021:  Because of the footprint of this home, I thought potential down-loaders may be interested in using the same world seed.  Fair warning this is not a world where  the bosses are all right around the corner.  Seed: lgebWzZLN5  (first letter is lower case L). Map Coordinates: -446,1800
