NOT MISTLANDS COMPATIBLE. Losing fish. Placing fish of different levels into a chest makes them combine all into a single stack of level 1 fish, regardless of the level they were originally. Example: I have a level 1 fish, a level 2 fish and a level 3 fish (3 total fish). I put each of them in the chest and walk away. Later I return, and see a single slot with 3 level 1 fish in it, not 3 slots with a level 1, level 2, and level 3 fish.
How to exclude the last row to be sorted? The information in the config file isn't much it only says the default value to sort until the end row use -1 but I want to exclude the last row so it won't move or get sorted
It seems to be working for me, but I have noticed that if sometimes if I split a stack, leave the inventory, then go back into the inventory, it will fill out that stack (giving you free items). Not sure if this was happening prior to the update or if its new. But it seems to still be working well for me otherwise.
Cant use Simple Sort anymore with your new Extended Player Inventory mod. It sorts the equipment and quick slots and puts your equipment back on but unequips your quick slots and sorts them back into inventory. Didn't really have any issues with Simple Sort and Equipment and QuickSlots except for being able to only sort player inventory one time with whatever variable key I setup in cfg when inventory was open. Chest and Ship Inventories Simple Sort worked fine with the old Equipment and QuickSlots. With new mod Simple Sort will also unequip quick slots and sort those back into inventory when you open a chest.
lol thank you aedenthorn I was making it skip the second row and start sorting 3rd row to last row. I was starting to have mod withdrawals not having Simple Sort.
Even with -2 in the player end field it sorts the last row and also the quiver ie removes items from it. Tried again with this as the only mod, with -2 it still sorts the last player row.
Thank you, mod is working well! (Would love a group by type function, ore, wood, trophies etc. i know that's a big ask as you would probably have to manually keep track of the types every update, not sure if the game has a call for item types. haven't modded this one myself.)
Question to the community, is there a way to move either the open chests to the center of the screen or the inventory popup? the overlap is a bugger.
FYI, this will make you unable to store arrows in a quiver- or it has for me at least. If that could be patched its be great, i was enjoying the mod a lot elsewise:) awesome work!
"Sort everything as you open it" should be off by default. Sorting being a button is best, cause you can sort, and then put stuff where you want it.
Also, a "sort by type" would be great. Put the food types together (stamina, health, balanced) armor, crafting items, etc. Sorting by name, weight, and value is kinda useless at this point

I used the unity manual OP linked to to figure out how to name the keybind.
The sort by weight keybind is now named "joystick button 9" which is the right joystick press.
