- New Stamina overhauls at Encumbred and Swimming, add the ability to gain stamina while staying still. Increased by Strength and Swim Skills. Requested by feedback.

- Changed the values type of the Normal Crafting skill. Now they are able to be decimals. Like 1.5.

- Changed the Config layout to be more "organized". Maybe need to double check your configs are still as wanted, or need to be changed again. Sorry for that inconvience. Most surely this is the one. :D
