Just a little question (not about the mod per si but):
When installing, do I need to but the .png files directly in the "Custom Textures" folder? i.e., drag & drop them at C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\BepInEx\plugins\CustomTextures.
OR
The mod would work if I drag & drop your folder "White Wolf Armor" in the CustomTextures" folder? i.e. C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\BepInEx\plugins\CustomTextures\White Wolf Armor
1. You don't need a DLL file so don't worry about that! Those are for mods that change the game's code. 2. I think if you put your png files in a folder called CustomTextures, you can enable mod manager download and Vortex will put them in the right place for you!

I'd like to try to edit the textures myself. Where do I look to grab the vanilla texture?

Making a folder for each of them helps A LOT in the organization.
Thanks, for both answer & the texture.
