I have your boathouse but there is no preview and when i build it the house goes where it wants and a lot of it is burried. Was wondering why the land is not terraforming with the build and is there a fix to this or am I just messing it up
I just got the game a few days ago and was looking for house mods, since I can't even make a shack. Found yours included in a youtube video and WoW this is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing. It's beatiful and it shows how much effort went into it. It's a keeper.
Okay so, tad confused, so I downloaded mod and the other mods needed, how do I use your world as a start? I have used the Build gen. on my original seed world but I would like to check out your starter world seed. do I just download and start new game ?
if you're looking for the portal, you're in another world, (The Lake House World).
if you want the house inside your own world, (or any other world) you must use the included .vbuild file.
to use the vbuild file, you also need Buildshare and InSlim mods found here on the Nexus.
i wont offer support for that endeavor, you'll have to figure that out yourself. ive included all the necessary links to those mods, and the vbuild file is in the zip.

Just place the downloaded files in the location below.
C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\Worlds
after you have placed the files inside the Worlds folder, start the game.
after selecting your character, you should see a list of worlds, with "Adventure" in the list. "Adventure" is the world you're looking for.
START THE ADVENTURE WORLD.
you'll drop into the spawn area, and there's a portal to the north, (really close by the spawn area) that will take you to the Lake House.
NO EXTRA MODS ARE REQUIRED DOING IT THIS WAY.
you only need "BUILDSHARE" and "INSLIM" if you're trying to drop The Lake House VBUILD FILE into a DIFFERENT world.
