For those of you not being able to recycle EpicLoot items, it was just a renamed reference in EpicLoot that needed to be changed in this mod, specifically the class EnchantTabController to EnchantHelper. I submitted a pull request, but here is a fix in the meantime.
not working for me, i installed vortex, it says it installed and its enabled but unable to delete any items
so this is now the second mod that i cant get to work! installed vortex the other day and have this and another mod, vortex says both are enabled yet nothings happening, is there something i have to do to get it to work with steam? sorry this is first time i have ever used mods with a steam game.
Have you learned enough about Vortex to know that even Enabled mods must still be Deployed? Enabling alone only STAGES them, but they are still having no effect on the game until Deployment. Deployment is what causes Vortex to create NTFS "pointer" hardlink copies of everything necessary in the proper locations in the game directories. (Purging is how you one-click undo Deployment and make the game structure pristine again... unless you've meddled manually behind Vortex' back and then Purging won't get you pristine.)
There's a configuration option to have Deployment performed automatically after every change. That's a useful option until you have a certain large number of mods, and then it can tend to be an impediment (because you must wait for it to finish) if you are making a progressive series of changes. I'm on the fence whether to recommend that option for you now; perhaps consider it if you're forgetful.
What I DO recommend is that you spend the needed time to read through most of the built-in Knowledgebase, which is crucial to understanding how Vortex works. Not knowing certain details will leave you confused - as you are now - because Vortex tries to avoid hand-holding and GTFO of the way.
cant delete equipment enchanted by epic loot, i deleted my old config files and let new ones generate and changed them. regular equipment deletes and returns materials.

I carelessly spawned 500 flesh rippers while attempting to spawn fenris claws. I nearly quit the game forever after spending an hour loading up my inventory and hauling them to some chests I placed in the nearby forest. Thanks for saving my sanity aedenthorn!

But anyway; My post still stands.
