Was just getting ready to ask the same thing....... One 0.154.1 Patch note [* Respawning resources timer fix (Berries and flint should now correctly respawn)] seems like it may be the fix??? Hope the author replies with the answer....
Appears the author of [Plant Everything] - https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/1042 - just updated his/her mod with the comments "Removed respawn time fix for pickable resources (fixed in base game)." so maybe this MOD is no longer needed as well.
That's...a good question. I'm not actually sure on this. If you install my gathering skill mod it can give you an accurate estimate on the pickable time for you to see. I don't actually have a ded. server set up myself.
I can tell you this much - I'm the only one on a dedicated server who is using this mod (client-side) and it works fine for me. That said, I'm always the first one online, and other players have said that my other mods (like Timed Torches) affect them as well - so it may be a matter of which player is 'hosting' the region of game that the plant is in?
Hello. I am running game version 147.3. I have your [Gathering Skill] mod installed. I spawn a BlueberryBush via the console. It initially shows [Ready in 300 min]. I pick [E] the first batch of berries and wait. After 1 minute the text shows [Ready in 299 min]. I walk away fairly far, come back in 3 minutes, and the text shows [Ready in 296 min]. I do NOT have this .dll mod installed. I'm either not seeing/having this "game bug/issue" or I'm not doing something right. Could you tell me if the scenario I described is NOT the steps to see the "game bug/issue" that you claim in in the game? Thanks in advance.
That's because I left a version of this mod inside the other mod unintentionally. Looks like you don't need both. I'll update the description of the other one. Hopefully the devs will have this fixed soon anyways. :)

I'm sorry but I'm a little confused about the mod description. Is this mod fixing a bug in the base game that affects respawn... or is there a bug with the mod when it comes to the respawns? The description to me makes it sounds like the bug is from the mod?
First of all thank you for this, secondly does this bug extend to other stuff like dragon eggs? Been wondering why things are taking forever to respawn
Single player and yes, the are at my base; so I am always by them when logging out/logging in.

I am not sure what the distance is for the game to consider it a new "chunk", but when I take a portal to a new Island (definitely far enough) and take the portal back, berry bushes do not reset. When I close out the game and then re-open the game at a later time; they reset (carrots and turnups do not, just berries).
I figured it out. What was happening is the game was not saving upon logging out, so all progress was lost. When I forced a save via console command then logged out and back in, the progress was saved. So, not an issue with the mod, just a Valheim save bug.

The clock does reset whenever I close out the game then re-start a game. Anyway to fix it so the timer does not reset when logging into the game?
