I'm assuming this mods needs to be updated as it is not generating a config file.

can we set up a custom BLACKlist instead of a whitelist?

I talked to Casix and received permission to redo this mod.  He no longer has the source code so I recreated it.

I created a new mod called DropMoreLoot and it went live today.  I also added stacking, floating in water and distance pickup configurations.  Credit to Castix for the original code and idea.

    If the mod is:
    ## Material Multiplier
    # Setting type: Int32
    # Default value: 1
    Multiplier for resources = 2

Can i use a float? 1.5 for example? i mean... can i change the "Setting type" to: float

yeah could have been a lot better since we are playing in hardcore mode
we would like to use a float like 0.5

there's a way in V+ to do it in cfgs for wood / chitin / etc.. but it's not compatible with all the mods we are using so...
      and they're using a float value to make it possible to write a 0.25 / 0.33 / 0.5 / 0.75.... values :)

Thanks for your work anyway !!

If this mod's author updates their mod then great, but in the meantime I uploaded my own loot multiplier. No shield glitch as far as I can tell so far.

It only multiplies monster drops. Material (ores/wood/etc) and pickup (foragables) are included in Valheim Plus mod now. So if you decide to try my mod and want to increase those then use Valheim Plus as well.

Causes shields to stack, and to sometimes disappear upon death, super inconvenient bug that makes a mod I otherwise deem as the most essential qol mod completely unplayable.

Same problem. Any crafted shield will have stacks. Sometimes fixes after restart, but crafting multiple will remove them from inventory.

This does work, but it will eventually glitch all shields in your game making them unusable. You'll be able to use materials to craft them but they'll never show up.

Any chance we could get this updated or if someone could explain how to make mobs drop more loot with valplus. That'd be appreciated.

But it does not work with the new fish and the new boss spawn item.
Would be great if the fish would be supported
