can you add a config menu toggle for the headshot notification, please?
I think there might be an issue with the sea serpent collision box? Only mod I have installed recently is this but since that time (I think, will actually see if i can test it tomorrow) I have had some weird fights with serpents. Twice I have got catapulted several boat lengths backwards when the serpent was still near it spawn distance from my ship. Twice I have had large front and centre weakness hit numbers as an arrow has appeared to instant hit something as soon as it left the bow. When I then was more 'scientific' and careful in a fight, the serpent was able to lift me about half the way up the mast when it was 'under' the side of a stationary longship. I do have a number of mods running that have meant this hasn't killed me, including VikingsDoSwim, a use tools when swimming, and, if I had to pick a mod that might be interacting weirdly with this mod, Seasonality(?).
Would it be possible to have the headshots only trigger on ranged attacks? I used this for awhile and being able to 1-2 shot groups with a knife felt a bit broken.
So, opponents already have weak points. Some have a head, some have an abdomen, some have legs. What is the point of fashion? Just mindlessly shoot at the head, without studying the opponents?
Enemies have a weakness, these are your regular damage modifiers.
Further, some enemies have a weakspot. These were added in Mistlands. They are:
Troll's head. (WEAKSPOT_HEAD)
Seeker Soldier's behind. (WEAKSPOT_ASS)
Gjall's Egg Sac (WEAKSPOT_EGGS)
What this mod does, is add a weakspot to other enemies of similar nature to their own heads. If you have suggestions on balancing, just let me know.
Some ideas for balancing maybe:
Add a weakspot to the player's head against pierce. (Can be triggered by these: Deathsquito, Draugr (Bow), Eikthyr, Fuling (Spear), Leech, Moder, Seeker, Seeker Brood, Skeleton (Bow), Stone Golem (Spike), The Elder, The Queen, Tick)
Adjust AI variables (circling intervals, duration etc.) and movement speed when player is using a bow.
