Examining the map, I found a cave in the mountain in the north on the left side of the map. You can't enter it, it's blocked around the mountain. Will the blocking be released when certain requirements are met? or is it a bug?
It surely does not load properly. Closest plains from start are milesss away. You probably have a mod that makes it load vanilla biomes over the heightmap.
Actually I have a better question. Trying to get this world to load properly. I can spawn in but the stone ring is on top of a stone monolith sticking up out of the ocean. I can jump off but there's no climbing back up. Most of the visible trees and rocks are either underwater or hovering mid air. Ultimately I want to get this world on our server but having the same issue on local. Only the Therzie mods and Better Continents(fixed) installed. I quadruple checked that all 3 files are in the worlds folder. I verified the game files and reinstalled all mods again to be sure. Here's some screens:
Getting ready to start a new playthrough with the Therzie version of this map. Just trying to figure out what what might happen when the Ashlands update drops? I know it's not gonna be for a while but just trying to look ahead. Any idea if things get would get borked beyond repair or would the Ashlands biome just be friggin LIT with double content? Alternatively would the Sanctuary world still work if we just passed on the Ashlands and Fire and Ice mods to avoid future conflict?
Hi. Per the Therzie Mods Wiki, there is talk of the Ashlands and Deep North containing minable fragments to get volcanic and glacier crystals, and the minable Tyranium deposits. Are these in this map because I cant find any of them in either biome? PS I am definitely using the correct file download :)
That's strange. I will double check, I updated all Therzie's mods so they work with latest Valheim and it was working fine on my personnal server/game world...
There is plenty of Glacier Stones on the ground and you can get some by mining any stones in DeepNorth with the appropriate strong enough pickax, and same for Ashlands Volcanic Stones!
I'm pretty sure though that theses ressources comes with the warfare mods, not the monstrum mods, so it's best to have them all correctly installed before starting on the Therzie's version!
FYI im not talking about Glacier Stones. Those are the things you can just pick up. Im specifically taking about the Volcanic fragment, Tyranium deposit, and Glacier fragment.
Yeah Im all modded correctly it was just I have explored TONS of the Ashlands and never once seen those minable resources. For example, up north through the swamp surrounded boat path you can sail through, there is an Ashlands on the left side above that. I have 100% covered that area and it has nothing. I also found nothing in the Ashlands that surround a Bonemass in the south that are themselves surrounded by a mountain (it looks like a volcano from your image). That has nothing either.
I had also explored a lot of the Deep North and found 1 minable fragment and 1 black ice only so far. Though the Deep North is absolutely huge. But I had run from the southern coast edge above that Ashlands I spoke about, and ran all the way up and even over the edge of the map. Did some zigzagging too but still nothing past the 1 of each. I kind of wondered if the map build Better Continents spawning has a count of those resources it wants to place in the game. And because the Deep North is just so massive, they are super spread out and hard to find.
As a test by way of an example. I generated a new random map, activated fly mode, and flew around both biomes. Those minable resources were everywhere. I then flew about in the Sanctuary map and couldnt find any of those resources in Ashlands and not much in Deep North (though I have not explored all of it given its so huge).
Note: I love your map. Had a blast playing it with those mods.
Hey Volkoz, your map looks awesome! What is a 8k map exactly? And is this map the same size as a standard valheim map? I was also wondering if this issue reported about minable stuff is fixed? I am interested in downloading and playing it asap with therzies mods.
Hey Volkoz, I am trying to setup a dedicated server using your map so I can play with my friends but I am really struggling to get your map to be the one to load when I login to the server on Valheim, how do I set that up properly so "Sanctuary World" is the map that loads up for the dedicated server

There is already many resources there from debugging about it and many other tricks..!
