Thanks for making me aware, ValheimPlus is a big mod and some capabilities can be over powered, so this mod is more of a tiny mod just for a lil help if you don't wanna deal with the big ass mod xD
This mod is still nice for people with V+, as good as V+ is with its options, a lot of them are buggy, for a while now enabling their [Workbench] options disables the dotted line that inidicates the area you can build in.
I'll work on the configuration file to turn the feature on and off. As far as wear is concerned, I have another mod called No Rain Damage which would cover this.
If you think it would be a good idea, I can look into making an adaptation of this mod which stops only crafting stations from getting rain damage but for now it should be fine to combine the mods No Rain Damage at Valheim Nexus - Mods and community
i had a look at that mod, but to be honest, i like the idea that water corrodes generic structures. and more options is always good. but no rush. maybe instead of an on/off, make it to a certain percentage of damage it can corrode down to. so you can set if from 1.0, which means it never corrodes, or you could set to 0.1 and it will corrode, but never breaks entirely, or set it to 0.0 and it can fall apart.
maybe you can adapt the percentile variant to your weathering mod too. that way people can have the corroded look, which makes sense when wood is in water for a long time, but it never breaks completely if you set it up that way. i think then i would take that mod too, just because i would appreciate the more realistic look without the fear that my nice coastal house rots away under my as$ while sleeping ;)
First stage of the change, I've added a configurable setting to enable or disable rain damage for the crafting station - this is off by default so rain will damage without changing the config setting

I would love the 1.0 to 0.0 scale on your various and brilliant rain damage mods
