As a maple syrup-loving canadian, I feel right at home with this mod.
A good balance between work/reward that fits right in the Valheim world.

Could the biome requirement be relaxed or finessed?  I found a swamp outlier tree with guck growing on it, and decided to build a treehouse to support collecting from them.  The base of the tree was fully submersed.  Only after I had finished building the treehouse and a portal and bringing the materials for the collector from elsewhere and building several did I discover that technically that tree was in a minuscule Black Forest biome and so the Collectors complained of being in the "Wrong Biome"!

I tried disabling biome-specific build restrictions, but that had no effect since apparently the biome checking is being done after placement and during use.

Can this be modified, perhaps a configurable option, to allow the collectors regardless of biome that the tree is in, so long as they are inserted in Guck?

Thank you for rescuing my construction effort from the demolition team!  Those guys get really eager to finish a job once they start.

Not sure if it's a bug or compatibility issue.

Using the latest version of the mod I get the error in the picture -> https://ibb.co/MVWbNFn

I went back to an older version and tried Feather collector but also got an error when loading. Then I tried updating FineWood Pieces and also got this error and got this error -> https://ibb.co/4FSZTn1

I understand a mod conflict is not a bug or error or something you did wrong. But would really appreciate if you can resolve the conflict or tell me what to do. For now I'm using the version right before the most recent. Works fine for now. But would love not to mess out on future updates.

great idea, will it work with the previous version?  Most of my mods are not updated yet so I'm running on the "default_old" branch on steam which is 0.216.9
