Having an issue on a fresh server where meat is going missing, the cookijg station pulls raw meat from a chest and then when it's cooked it disappears, and isn't in any of the chests, but if you out cooked meat in a chest close to it then it deposits there, but if no cooked meat ia present in a chest it just vanishes
I am having the same issue when using iron cooking station, after the meat finished cooking, it dissapears almost immediately. ofcourse tested it with no containers nearby, it just dissapears and there's no sound of the cooked meat being interacted (sound when pressing E button.) it just dissapears which is very very strange
Hi, are there any news on this issue? I just tried this mod and I faced this issue few minutes into the game trying to cook any food on a campfire with cooking station. It cooks nicely and smells very tasty but the moment it finishes it disappears. No chests or anything else close. Just me and my little fire, the cooking station and my food. For now I just deactivated auto fuel/deposit for the cooking station. That way it is possible to cook manually while the other stations are still activated. I hope it is only the food that has issues.
Yea, sorry. Further investigations show it does indeed work fine. I am just not quite sure what the issue was in the first place. It was either wrong config or maybe wrong mod load order or, most likely, just me being too stoned to realize to which container my food went ^^
Just as a heads-up to everyone, the 1.1.9 and 1.2.0 versions both have issues with items disappearing. It seems like it forces items to load into kilns, furnaces, ovens, and refineries even if they're already full. I made sure there were items in chests so the mod would know where to deposit things when they're done, they just disappear before whatever has been already loaded is done.
Any chance you could add automation for fireplaces and light sources? I moved to LV from the updated versions of aedenthorn's code (Various AutoFuel mods) because your mod seems much more performance friendly. The main missing feature is keeping torches and other lights fueled.
I am having an issue where raw meats are being moved to cooking stations. i want to keep boar and neck meat raw for recipes. i have added them in the config file to disallow as ores, and as fuel. However those are still being taken from chests and put onto the cooking station. what do i need to do?
For those using the "Missing Pieces" mod there is a container that is added in that mod (drawers) that this mod does not agree with. It seems there is some item stack logic I didnt know existed part of these drawers as I removed many mods to test exposed that. Items in these drawers will say 1/1000000.... Didnt catch this because we use another item max stack mod hiding this.
When these containers are used some items get lost in flight. Testing a simple start world I created 4 iron cooking stations and spawned 20 serpent meat, put them in normal wood chests and everything processed as normal. Doing the same thing with the item drawers, it seemed some random amount were lost during the 'pulling' of the items.
LazyVikings finds the containers and the items fine but for some reason some get deleted in the process. Cannot figure out the pattern.
Anyhow posting this in case anyone is using the drawers from "Missing Pieces" and notices this behavior. The drawers are awesome containers too bad they mess with the cooking logic.
We'll just accept the fact this is a side effect on our end and deal with it LOL, on one side can't live without LazyVikings and on the other just love the stacking IKEA drawers. :P
I think this is eating some meads? I created 2 medium stamina and 2 medium healing potion meads. It made the 2 medium stamina meads and put them in the nearby chest I have laid out but the 2 healing potion meads are not there and nothing is fermenting so it's like it ate it up somehow.
Edit: I did notice today that it spit the potions (individually) all over the ground instead of back into the chest where the mead came from. Maybe that's what "ate" up my potions earlier. There were no existing potions in the chest but I thought it's supposed to put them back into the chest it pulled it from regardless.
Edit 2: Not sure but it's all working normally. What a strange situation.
I don't know about anyone else, but I have a rather selective mod list, only grabbing a few key mods for QoL and to add magic to the early game, but this was causing an untraceable (no way to find that it was this mod) stack overflow whenever food would finish cooking on any cooking station, I had to painstakingly remove one mod at a time and this was unfortunately one of the last mods I checked, but one of the first two I suspected, but I didn't want it to be this mod. This error was happening on Patch 0.219.16 (Bog Witch Update)
I believe this was fixed yesterday in the latest version, I had to the same to find the culprit but the blacks7ardev was able to fix it in just a few days. Disabling the cooking portion of the plugin also worked as a temp fix.
