Can someone explain what exactly is the stamina factor and the stamina regen factor? So how do these two factors alter the vanilla behavior per level of the skill? Basically I am asking for info about what is the formula that calculates the new stamina amount and stamina regen as you level up.
I'll try to make this simple, which should be easy because it is simple: stamina is a physical resource. It's the pool of muscle energy that you can expend to run, swim, swing a sword or pickaxe. All of those activities deplete that pool; when the pool is fully depleted, you are exhausted, spent, and can do next to nothing until it regenerates over time.
How big is that pool? How quickly does it regenerate? In the vanilla game, both gear and food affect both.
What this mod does is add an Endurance skill: the more you use your stamina, the more you learn how to use the pool more efficiently - deplete it less quickly - AND how to regenerate it more quickly. It increases your baseline stamina and regen before you modify them further with gear and food. This skill is very very slow to grow, but over much time your character gains physical efficiency from it.
The mod is broken after the hotfix on 5th Oct, even though the beplnx has updated soon. The mod has no other requirement mod, so I guess its not compatible with updated beplnx.
