New Feature: Added Biome difficulty scaling, This increases the damage and health of all monsters, depending on what biome you are currently in. (disabled by default)
New Feature: Added Boss Kill difficulty scaling. This increases the damage and health of all monsters based on the amount of bosses killed in the world. (disabled by default)
New Feature: Added Night difficulty scaling. This increases the damage and health of all monsters during night. (disabled by default)
Bug Fix: Removed a null reference error when trees rolled into other trees and stubs
