I really appreciate the ability to modify entire classes of weapons, like Stagger Bonus on all swords, independent from all axes, etc. Would you be open to a couple requests please?
Would it be possible to allow this kind of modification to classes of weapons for additional properties? Like Knockback, Timed Block Bonus, etc? I'd love to set Knockback to 0% for the one handers in my game, then give atgiers 1.5x (150% vanilla Knockback), Greatswords 1.1x, etc. And I want to make swords relatively better at parrying than axes, etc.
Is it possible to let Stagger Bonus go higher? I'd love to set Clubs to 1.2 or even 1.5.
Better Archery 100% NOT COMPATIBLE in my attempts. Specifically the "arrow improvements" part of the Better Archery mod are being overridden by Combat Overhaul. Will attempt to use your Bow Plugin to try to fix the issue as they appear to provide the same features.
I can confirm that this is absolutely NOT compatible with Better Archery.
The aim-angle and arrow velocity fixes from BA get overridden, causing arrows to once again go "below" the crosshairs. When trying with the extra Bowplugin it will also cause issues with Epic Loot as, at the minimum, special arrow effects will no longer work (Explsive and tripple shot i tested and confirmed to then be broken)
Thanks for doing this! I'm having some trouble with mod compatibility between this and Better Archery and (I think) terraheim which is unfortunate but I still appreciate the rewrite nonetheless, endorsed
so far nothing ive tested it together with my bowplugin and magicplugin and the rest of my other mods, and wtih jewelcraftng dualwielding odinsteelworks and other custom skill mods
Seems like it has a lot of overlapping features with BowPlugin, I was worried there would be some conflicts there. Thank you so much for testing it! And thanks again for the upload!
Well, Bowplugin and Better Archery are fully compatible. They complement each other, I might add, because there are NO overlapping features between them. So far I have used them both with great success. The same thing applies to the Combat Overhaul's edits. In conclusion, all three mods together are fully compatible. And I run a LOT of plugins...
Then maybe it is another mod, but I get a blue bar across the bottom of my screen that states there is a mod incompatibility when I use CORE. I am not trying to slight this mod, I sincerely want to get to the bottom of it because what this mod does is AMAZING. I'll attach a pic that may help to provide more info.
After taking mod out, taking out a Stamina boost mod, taking out reduced fall damage mod and reinstalling, it worked with no incompatibilities. Weird.
I'd like to report that Better Archery is NOT fully compatible. It is *mostly* compatible, but not full. Every feature of Better Archery works with this mod, as far as I can tell, except for the "Set Arrow Velocity" setting. Arrows are stuck at vanilla velocity. But I can still change gravity, aim direction, zoom, arrow recovery, etc.
yes. YESSSS. After some cursory tests, this behaves exactly as I hoped. The angle is even more generous than DR's slope combat assistance, don't see any configuration for it here yet though.
Hi, love the mod! I'm using Warfare with this and noticed that the custom daggers it gives, such as the Bronze Knife, don't have the flanking bonus visible on the stats, is there an easy way to add it via the warfare config file?
no i have to manually add it to the code if the names of the daggers of warfare doesn't have a "knife" on its name if i have time ill try to integrate them to this mod just like terraheim
would it be possible to just add config fields for users to enter custom prefab names? or a json file maybe. Might help with future compatibility without you having to manually integrate everything. You've got plenty going on already XD

Would you please be able to add a Fist skill as part of mod or open it up to changes. Would be really cool to see and use.
