    0.216.9 is not enough. We need update for Ashlands. Please fix fire tower too. And there is damage to ship structures when shooting out of gunports (ValheimRaft). Maybe add a shipgun too?

    Any news on an updated patch to this mod? 
    Fire Turrets are still missing. 
    Ice Turrets like to hit themselves (and destroy themselves) when monsters are at a very low angle to the turret.
    Because of no updates to this mod, other mods such as Odinshipplus which have loadable turrets can't load ammunition because this mod is outdated and now creates conflicts.

    I love this mod.  I really like the fire turrets when they existed but I'm sad to see this mod not get an update.

    Getting frustrated having 10 ballista's spam a single boar to no end?

    Here is the file path inside the .dll to adjust ballista settings such as damage, fire rate, accuracy, etc.

    I found setting gravity to 1, accuracy to 0.1, velocity to 100 produced 90% hit rates. 
    Can also set AOE to 5 and they will hardly ever not deal damage.

    Hello I installed the mod and this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/2369 I have the category defense but it is empty do I have to collect something first because the ballistae are unlocked?

      Just got this mod, same here , tab is there but no turrets? bug or is my brain bugged?

    Got to run the mod yesterday. Turrets not firing.  They make a noise and ... nothing.  Conflict with another mod? Only combat one I have is More Crossbows.
    Do not see any Def structures on build list also. I have just got silver..

    Unfortunately this mod is no longer working. The prefabs and the mod itself will load, you will be able to place the turrets, but they won't shoot, and your BepInEx console gets overwhelmed by error codes. Would you be willing to take a look at it?

    Great mod, its exciting to see where it is headed and the potential to add more to an already brilliant game!  I can see that this mod would be tweaked countless ways on as many servers if that was possible.  Wacky Database can be used to alter the recipe costs, but this mod would greatly benefit from a config file that would allow the following (my suggestions):

    Config File:
    -modify the rate of fire
    -modify the attack strength
    -modify the health
    -modify the range of fire (and arc)
    -preferred attack target
    -friendly fire
    -unlimited ammo
    -require reloading with specified item
    -pull ammo from near chests
    -require central control point (i.e. a workstation in range of it's 'controlled' defenders) where you can specify, ammo, target preference, friendly fire, etc.

    Individual (once placed)
    -preferred attack target (identified just like vanilla ballista, by trophy), but place trophy on the defender so you can see it's preference through a cool visual
    -ammo reload (manual)

    there are of course many more things that could be included, but adding just some of these would make for some incredibly varied and unique gameplay with base builds that could easily make this mod of the year for the game...just my thoughts!

      Thanks for the feedback! I'm definitely going to work on making the stats configurable but I have a few more features I want to put in first. I'm currently working on different firing modes for the elemental towers that you can manually cycle between.

      That is awesome! I love your mod, both on my boats and on my land homes. I would love the abilities that your working on, and some of the ones here. I have a mod that  puts priests in my game and the defenders are killing them. I would love the ability to stop that. Keep up the good work and thanks for doing it.

    attempting to block anywhere near the ice projectiles causes a large stack error

      I wasn't able to replicate this, can you share some of the output from the BepInEx console and some of your other mods?
