Hey there! Thanks for the great mod! I have a few suggestions/requests regarding cooking station: - option to ignore Eitr when calculating total - support for Valheim Cuisine meals, cooked in kiln
This is a request only tangentially related to your mod. Recently the Craft All mod stopped working. It's been unmaintained for over a year. Given that you have a crafting mod, tag you're it :D
Could you add a "craft all" button (where "all" means make as many of the selected item as possible without repeatedly clicking) to your mod please?
yep, we have to always double check which platform is more updated. I prefer nexus for finding mods (and interacting with mod authors and mod users), but since I use r2modman as my mod manager, I then use thunderstore to download them, so I can then auto update them easily among other features. I find it superior to vortex for bepinex games, but its all personal taste and luckily we can use thunderstore mods in vortex and nexus mods in r2modman via manual downloads
that's actually quite surprising cause I heard otherwise in an earlier update, but thanks for trying it out and I hope it doesn't cause issues for you. have fun
the mod (some options of it) is broken since the update. give me one or two days to find time to fix it. so I don't think it's "plant everything" until it's still broken after fixing those things, but I will test it then
what's the incompatibility? are the new stations not crafting stations but conversion stations and you want me to make inedible recipe items check those conversions for the sorting? if they are simple crafting stations then it should already work
Hmm, I do not know, but unfortunately it does not work for me. Take a look at the screenshoot below please. For the cauldron it works, but for the Prep table, stone griddle and grill it does not. I I think there is a similar problem with Terraheim and its custom Armorer's Bench.
Glad to hear it looks so easy to fix, thanks! I additionally checked Armorer's Bench - it looks like the helmet, armor and legs work, the capes do not. It is not likely to be a problem.
that's already quite nice considering I simply wrote a few efficient naming convention checks instead of iterating over the entire data base to get actual set effects (which may or may not exist) or having to add explicit compatibility for every single armor mod. capes are probably the most common to break naming patterns (and the sort overwrite json system can fix that for people who really care about it)
I dunno how late-game you are so I'll put it this way: the mod works great, only that the 3 special mistland foods that introduce the new gameplay mechanics appear at the top in the cauldron, instead of the bottom with all the other late game foods.
I believe this issue will extend to future foods if unchecked. You may have to make a minor tweak on how foods values are calculated to make everything work throughout.
But thank you for this mod. As it is, it's already a godsend.
thank you. that must have been a small oversight. I did try to catch them (I intentionally ignore eitr in the calculation because it messes up the sort order but they still should have pretty high health+stamina, if not then I will have to add eitr to the calculation, or sort eitr food to the bottom/top (depending on config) by default) but maybe I messed up somewhere. I saw them already on the wiki, even if I never made them, so I will get this sorted out
edit: ah, I see the issue. my assumption was that the late game eitr foods gave the same health+stamina progression than the other foods and additionally gave eitr, but it seems like that is not the case and it should simply be included in the total. lets see what the best way of doing that is without spoiling it in the config
Yes, the eitr foods have way lower health+stamina than other same-tier foods. Just adding eitr to the calculation should be good enough, since we have little clue how the game's gonna progress later.
fixed in 1.2. and yes, we will see how they will continue to balance things. and at some point mods have to drop the spoiler curtain on eitr too. it was already a struggle with better ui reforged right after the release of mistlands where we didn't want to spoil the existence of eitr immediately but now it has been 4 months
edit: Yeah I don't see how mods could hide options for very long that are not yet relevant to a player. If we weren't 4 months in, a workaround would've been to implement these new calculations without eitr-specific variations of the sorting orders: i.e. silently imply eitr in total, and also in stamina (so that "stamina" would be internally handled as stamina+eitr)
I see you're new so this is a friendly reminder: going about in unrelated mod pages to request something that has nothing to do with it, can portrait you as very apathetic and disrespectful, specially when introducing content that can be considered spoiler or otherwise late-game.
Thank you so much for this! I have OCD and you have NO idea just how crazy the default ordering of these things drives me (or maybe you do...seeing as you choose to make this mod).
I appreciate that you made and shared this with the community very much.
happy to help! the custom override list will be configurable in the next update, so you can tweak the last few things you want to change then. I will also release a mod to actually change a few item names (like unifying 'blackmetal' to 'black metal') soon.
also, I reported the skills menu bug to a dev last week and he personally replied that they will take a look at it this week (it's one line of code to fix, so they also have no excuse ). of course they probably won't release a new update just for that, but stuff is getting fixed!
the feature I was talking about here is already out in version 1.1 enjoy!
and yeah, I procrastinate writing mod pages and editing images, so it's kinda my thing to end up releasing half a dozen mods at once. I still have 6 other mods ready to release, but no energy to write mod pages anymore

Hmm, Azumatt has not uploaded that to Nexus, I see why you gave a Thunderstore link.
But otherwise this is working with the Hildir's update.

(also next time, just send me a personal message please, instead of posting on multiple of my mod pages)
With that aside, welcome and have fun.

Thanks for the mod(s), Goldenrevolver! :-)
