Balance Rework: Chop damage vulnerability is now displayed as a percentage with a default of 50% (remember, in the base game it's 0%)
Added optional config settings to increase the slash resistance of affected enemies (not recommended with default 50% chop vulnerability)
Added option to fix the color of the damage number when hitting an enemy/ tree that is vulnerable to chop damage, regardless of other resistances like slash damage
