   You need to change the texture filtering to Point to fix the blurry texture.

      It's up to the creator of CustomTextures to make a version of the mod public with the right filtering. When that happens the textures will look awesome but they haven't gone public with it yet.
      
      edit:the change to customtextures is live that sharpens the image.
