It's a Forward Operation Base. Small but with portal, bed , storage and all the upgraded crafting utilities(crafting bench, forge, cauldron, stone cutter, black forge and Galdr table). This one provides comfort 23 in the central upper area. No production utilities(smelter, furnace, windmill, spinning wheel or eitr refinery). Have fun.
It's made in a world just for building, besides a wide shot in the mistlands, this far away, we would see only mist. lol. Btw with the new tweaks, the rugs and banners comfort is no longer stackable, the max comfort is now 18.
