    I would really appreciate if you treat shield generator the same. That thing drives me nuts.

      I'll take a look into it. Not sure but it might be better suited to Quiet Crafting (and other noisy things). Thanks for the idea!

    Great idea for a mod! Thanks! I wish there were more volume sliders in the vanilla game. I love the weather in the game, but it gets pretty loud.

      Thanks! I've been looking into possibilities for other volume controls - the spinning wheel processing drives me nuts.

      I've posted a beta including volume controls for fabrication stations, as well as the sound volume for items they produce. It's in Miscellaneous files if you'd care to test it and let me know how it works for you. Haven't tackled the weather yet!

      It is working well, and it was just approved for production use by OSHA.

      Thanks for testing...I may publish the fabricator controls in a separate mod...still deciding. Love the OSHA reference. New prefab? Hearing protection circlet?

      When I was a teenager, I went to a concert with friends, and my one friend's dad came along. He had worked in the music industry his whole life, and instead of fancy earplugs, he just brought some wax to stuff in his ears. We have bees in Valheim, so maybe some variation of Bee's wax would make a good name.

      I published the fabrication, construction etc. volume controls under a separate mod: Quiet Crafting; https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/1990. Still looking into the weather...
