The zip file contains a vbuild, a blueprint and the blueprint preview. If you still use BuildShare, I suggest switching to PlanBuild, but as long as you're using BuildShare, place the vbuild in the BuildShare folder and ignore the blueprint and png. If you use PlanBuild, ignore the vbuild and put the blueprint and png in your PlanBuild folder.
The build has no furniture except basic chests and beds and consists out of only vanilla pieces, so it can be safely used in a vanilla world. Screenshots are made with HD Overhaul.
