This is a mega-build so the game might freeze for like 5 minutes while it terraforms. Build radius is 100 and terrain was saved.
Has all crafting stations and upgrades.
Tips for building:
1.FInd a fraggle rock in the water with decent slope behind it, mostly found in dark forest biomes
2. Face the water
3. Set "Can Be Damaged" to "False"
4. The building was saved a bit above water level and sticking out about 10 meters in front off the rock The end of the first step ladder on preview should about touch the water (used sunken floor to force terraforming in front of the build to give boat enough clearance, it's supposed to be far down underwater)

5. Don't worry about the door height on the sides of the keep, you can always dig yourself out. The most important thing is to make sure you stick it out just enough into the water, but you also want cliff to cover the backside.
This is what it should look like (ignore the failed mining expansion at the back, there's a max dig limit)
5. If it looks good enough then fix the terraforming issues (spikes sticking out the ground, trees, etc)
6. The terrace with the windmills is supposed to be a garden but i put wood down to mitigate terraforming issues. Break down those wood planks and soften the floor for a nice garden.
7. Dig yourself out of the side doors and terraform the outside to make it look nice.
8. Take a break in the raised "Valheimalo", then sort out the chests and set portal tags.
9. The docking area is near the door where you see my boat chilling. Park it by that side wall, it will take damage during storms but its ok you can repair it.
[NOTE]: Don't put anything important on the the platform sticking out into the water by the bees (just in case you drunkboat your longboat into the pillars),
