    I just started using this and can't even begin to understand what it all means, but everything in the game is now super bright - any thoughts on how I can bring that back down?

      Yes, unfortunately that's because the way some of the games shadows function takes a huge toll on performance, so this reduces the realism of that.

    Genius :) . I appreciate your time , I am sure you spent a large amount of time tweaking this and it gave me a good 35 frame average bump. I can now get my full 120hz out of my monitor. YOu da man!

    Nice! I have a decent PC, but large builds can be hard on the framerate, and that's not counting weather FX.
