Finaly got around to update for Epic Loot 0.7.8 and 0.7.9. My apologies that it took so long.
Spears have been changed back to how they were before, elemental dmg can roll on all weapons again.
Need more testing with the new magic mods, nerfed executioner alot and bow explotion a bit for now
Don't know what to do with the low health effects, they might break the game when using Iron armour from Terraheim
Flat resistances still roll on utility items, % resistance roll in the same concept as flat does, fire/frost and poison/lightning
