This is the build I made while playing the game solo. The bed area is Level 17 comfort level. (buffs last 24) The building has lots of storage and all your crafting needs but mead barrels.
I have tested the build and the only thing I see happen is the wolf rug rolls up. Just pick it up and place it upstairs next to the bed. If you don't your comfort level drops to 16.
