I think it's a bug, I'm not sure, but I increased the weigth cap reduces the skill by 600 and now the wagon goes very slow, on the contrary if I reduce the maximum load to 20, even if it carries 12000 weight it always goes fast.
If the mod still works for you after the Hildir patch (It doesnt for me) its a BIG increase of ease of pulling. HUGE. By the time you hit skill 20 your cart is almost unstoppable and unslowable.
Hey! For some reason the mod requirement list that pops up before you install my mod was disabled. It should be fixed now and pop up the correct requirements properly. You will need the skill injector mod to use this mod. skill injector https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/341
I'd recommend that you back up your saves before you install any new mods. I've tested the mod on two preexisting characters on two preexisting worlds myself and it seemed to work fine.

I installed, like any other mod, but it didn't work. Not even show like the mod is add on BepInEx information on top screen.
