A house built around a tree. You'll need a fully grown Pine tree on a ~2m mound to place it over as foundation. Designed to have the smallest footprint possible, with the tree trunk armoured in stone from bottom to top. Bottom floor of the top section is container storage, then battlements, loungey area then loft above that, with a portal to quickly get to the bottom. Besides that, property is unfurnished, ready to make your own mark on.
