    I have a few ideas:

A save edit where every level grants you +1 base ability point, plus the standard one point per four levels, up to the maximum of +30 every level plus the +1 every 4th level.

A save edit where you simply get double the skill points per level (Instead of 40 skill points per level, you get 80 skill points per level)

A save edit with both options together, in case someone (like me!) wants to play the game as legit as possible, but simply wants more.

Those three might the easiest to pull off out of all the ideas,
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Build suggestions/ requests, each starting at level 1 of course:

A save file set on easy or medium mode for the "Wastelander" build.

    A "Jack of all
Base Abilities" save file: would have all the base abilities (Strength, Dexterity, Agility, Constitution, Perception, Will, Intelligence) at rank ten, character level 1.

An "outside of leveling feats" build: a build like the "Wastelander" that includes the Fisherman, Hunter, Naval Combat, Body Horror,  and philosophy perks.

A combination of the above "Jack of all Base Abilities" and "outside of leveling feats" builds.

You can't edit a save game file to change how the actual game rewards you for each level, this would require you to unpack and repack the entire game itself.

What you're asking for in terms of builds/ difficulty change can all be accomplished via Save Editor.
We all know the game isn't 100% balanced, so if you want to play on a lowered difficulty, I don't blame you.

Good news is that there is already one that exists, so it's best you get to understand it yourself and change what you want.
So rather than add more save games and builds, I'll point you in the right direction so you can build your own
or just edit mine to the exact standard you'd prefer.

This is all you'll need to edit your character.
I posted my save mainly so you can use items that would be normally unavailable to you because they are hidden in the game's files or you would need multiple playthroughs to acquire. I already looked at the files uploaded by other users, but they haven't been updated in a while, so I made my own.

Use the resources I've linked to if you want to build something more specific.
I've moved on from Underrail but maybe you'll be able to do more with what I found.

      Enjoy and have fun <3.

I already learned how to replace items of the same type in the save editor, but how are you supposed to add completely new ones to the list for it to work? Let's say I want to add and not replace something unique like the Rathound Regalia to my inventory. Adding 'armor\rathoundregalia' to the list doesn't work and corrupts my save file.
Would I have to find a unique piece of gear to then replace it with something else of the same type for it to work?
    It's probably something extremely simple.

You did ? For some reason Heavy Weapons are still on 0, the other traits are missing as the Specizilisations.
Fak me. Forgot I need to use the save file first and then import it. Thanks dude! I can finally play Underrail again :)

I saw you edited some items. Can you do this for the "Perceptual Isolation Helmet" ?
Im all for the 3 extra Psi slots, tho the -1000 malus on doge and stealth is a hard bargin I will take, but the Perception set to 1 is a big disatvantage. The screen turns all to black. Can you at least remove this one annoying aspect ?

Editing unique items requires going into the game's data files, but it's not worth the hassle because once the game get's updated, you need to repeat the process of unpacking and repacking the item's data and apply w/e changes you made again.
(With an added risk of the data getting corrupted)

I mainly use the table by Csimbi to increase the durability/energy of items to ridiculous values
but those values can get reset if you get hit by an EMP or you try to repair/recharge the item.
(Updates can reset the values too)

Crafted items don't have the same issues as Unique/Named items do,
so you can manipulate a crafted item without going into the data folder via cheat table,
like setting the AP cost of a weapon to 5 without it reseting, this is mainly due to the item being randomly generated
where as Unique items always look for their static information in your game's folder to keep it consistant.

Honestly, there have been a lot of thing's changed with this recent update
so it might be a good idea to try something else while hotfixes are still being applied.

I can change the skills, level, exp and portrait in the russian editor from the link that you linked  but when I put new feats or try to erase one, none of the changes are saved while everything else is saved.
Did you do something especial to save the feats on the charecter or this is just me?
note:Sorry for my english,It is not my native language

Haven't used the editor in a while, but from what I can remember, you can only replace an already listed feat with a new one by changing it's name. so I'd suggest getting all the feats you don't want and replacing them in the editor. The new feats you choose will always appear at the bottom of the list in the editor.

Once you rename a feat, the one you replaced will be available for you to pick again in-game, so the process should be simple enough once you figure it out.

You'll have to check with the author himself, I think the editor does have issues running on windows systems above 8.

Hi, i'd really like to know how you managed to increase movement speed and inventory capacity.

Ideally, the best new game hack would start with these and maybe some hard to get equipment you could use right away or store for later, starting with all the feats is counter productive, the game isn't good enough to play without the character development mechanics if you start right away with everything.

Actually, if you added PSI powers/stats to the "Underman" save like "Underwoman" that would be the perfect new game plus ever.

    Thanks Mate great mod

I was wondering though if it's at all possible to do a max stat "The Wastelander", always wanted to have a psudo god-like character, and while I love the "Underman" save, I'm more a PSI focused male player. If it's too much of a hassle, no worries still love what you gave us, thanks again.
