I present fellow Ultrakill enjoyers a piece of morrowind, more specifically, the demonic but charismatic villain Dagoth Ur. Except its an announcer mod, and Dagoth Ur is not particularly announcing, he's behind you. He fairly bonks you in your head and plays Ultrakill. Like a true gamer he expresses how fun the game is when he achieves a rank.
I used his original voicelines from morrowind for this video (with a little reverb and bass via audacity)
