copy this characters.ini for venom and paste it in your chr.ini (venom only) chamge the XX to your venom number slot and you should be good to play the skins.
for p_venom7 and 8, go to your umvc3 directory and then to nativePC\ui\res\res_stgm\stgm_p then drop those 4 files there and now you can use the skins in arcade mode.

I do not own the venom model or agent venom model I only resized and frankenstein the 2 models to make avb (Agent-Venom Berserk)
