To install, move all items (Except comparison images) to your game install folder. For Steam users, this should be:
C:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Tropico 5

This preset lowers the brightness in the game to get a higher level of detail. I don't mind it, but if you do then you may have to adjust your monitor
or edit the settings yourself. If you wish to edit it yourself, then you want to go into the Reshade folder provided, and edit the SweetFX_Settings.cfg.
