it does not work for me to create the pak file... i just want this tool to unlock all costumes as soon as i have reached the tier for it, not all costumes directly.

Is there a way to skip/disable the battle tutorial at the beginning of each character's story? I want to replace the boring Class 1 strikes, but the game doesn't let you use another Class Strike in the tutorial even if you have the CS for it.

I'm first playthrough Lvl 6 Class 1, Made a pak using the exe to unloack all costumes and applied the pak. I'm still only seeing the Default costume. Is there some step I'm missing? I've disabled the other costume mod from nexus for this test.

Only works as long as the mod is enabled, saving after enabling doesn't save that the costumes are unlocked.

Does this have the same drawback as the other unlock costumes mod where enemies stop dropping ??? seeds?

If you're certain you followed the instructions perfectly, the only other possibility is that it's conflicting with a different mod. Try removing other mods, and then move them back until you find a conflict. If you're using the costume unlocker mod, it will conflict as they share the same file. Which is why it's built in to the program as an option under step 3. So make sure to remove that other one if you've got it.

Where's the Mod folder the instructions mention?

That would usually be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Trials of Mana\Content\Paks. Create a mods folder there, and place any mods in it. Technically you can just put the mod pak files in the Paks folder, but it's easier to manage if you put them in their own subfolder.
