      download this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/trepang2/mods/59. it adds some cheats that are dev only. enable the 'cheats dont effect unlocks' cheat and just do the things you need to do for skins and what not. hope this helps.

    New save file appears to be missing the unlocks file, causes it to not work. Tried downloading the older version and it worked just fine, but undid my DLC mission progress. Also none of the achievements are popping... not sure the reason for that. Maybe I need to trigger it.

      Extracted both files to the correct folder, and it doesn't seem to be working: all the the DLC unlocks are still unavailable. In fact, I'm missing a few skins that I used to have now.

      can confirm, looks like a good amount of the skins aren't unlocked. The DLC weapon attachments and intel are here, but it doesn't seem like the difficulty unlocks for the new stuff has been done yet.
