Launch the game and make sure you select Nightmare in the difficulty(instead of Rage).

How to install?
- Download the .zip file and extract the .pak file. (if you're on full game, download "Nightmare - Fullgame")
- Navigate to Trepang2 Paks folder and place the .pak file in Paks folder: "...\Trepang2 Demo\CPPFPS\Content\Paks\"
