Since I couldn't find a mod that would do what I wanted, I decided to do it myself.
This mod supercharges the game's slow-motion ability with two options for you to choose from.

This mod supercharges the game's slow-motion ability with two options for you to choose from.
Both version are focused more on the fun factor rather than game balance with the Plus version being way more overpowered than the original version, so it's up to you which you'd prefer. The details about the changes for each option are written down below:
Bullet Time Unleashed PLUS
Installation:
Use only one of the options and drop the file at steamapps\common\Trepang2\CPPFPS\Content\Paks

Bullet Time Unleashed
- Increased Slowmotion effect by 40%
- Increased Slowmotion Movement Speed Multiplier by 50%
- Increased Slowmotion Max Duration from 5 to 10
- Increased Slowmotion Kill Recharge Rate from 0.45 to 1.5
- NPC Bullet Slow Down Factor increased by 30%
- Slowmotion requires less Focus to be used
Bullet Time Unleashed PLUS
- Increased Slowmotion effect by 100%
- Increased Slowmotion Movement Speed Multiplier by 100%
- Increased Slowmotion Max Duration from 5 to 15
- Increased Slowmotion Kill Recharge Rate from 0.45 to 2.5
- NPC Bullet Slow Down Factor increased by 100% (Pretty cool to dance between bullets as if it's Super Hot)
- Slowmotion requires way less Focus to be used
Installation:
Use only one of the options and drop the file at steamapps\common\Trepang2\CPPFPS\Content\Paks
