Pretty sure the disappearing outfit in cutscenes is caused by materials on the model not being in the correct spots. If you export the original model and import it back into UE, you'll notice the materials are in a specific order. This hierarchy is important for seemingly unknown reasons.
For instance if the original model for UE has a material hierarchy that looks like this: 1 Head 2 Eyes 3 Body etc.
But when re-importing the model after modifying it in Blender the hierarchy now looks like: 1 Eyes 2 Head 3 Body
Weird things like the arms disappearing can occur.
