How to fix Fallout 3 mods to work with Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) 0.18.7

  • Comment

The latest version of Nexus Mod Manager fails to install a lot of mods that use scripted installers. This video will show you how to fix the mods to work with Nexus Mod Manager 0.18.7 if you cannot wait for a fix for NMM itself. I hope it helps.

I must realy say that its not the best idea trying to play F3 with the NMM. FOMM was much better for that. I was trying to play F3 again with the NMM and that happened:

    hi
there is an easy whay to fix this but you need to install Fallout Mod Manager & nexus mod manager
start NMM when you get askd for the location of the mods and Install Info i have mine on a backup drive G:\Fallout 3\mods G:\Fallout 3\mods\NMMInstall Info close NMM then open FOMM
when you get askd for the location of the mods and Install Info
    G:\Fallout 3\mods
    G:\Fallout 3\mods\FOMMInstall Info
then install the addon using FOMM then u can close FOMM and open NMM

You are changing the word 'BaseScript' to either 'Fallout3BaseScript' or '"FalloutNewVegasBaseScript'

Not quite sure if you're saying "****base***" or "****based****". Which is correct? I can't d/l movies big enough to see that clearly :/

(and thx for posting this fix, hopefully now I can get FWE6 to actually activate!)
