      Download Rusted Pack File Manager, follow the tutorial.

      You will probably modify here: db/land_units_to_unit_abilites_junctions_tables or db/character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions_tables

      (simply download a mod that already modifies such things, open the pack file with rpfm and modify things on top)

    This was really cool! Love kicking ass with him. I hate to be one of those "Dude could you this?" but I have to ask. Is it possible for you add Guan Yu's abilities to Ultimate Lü Bu?

    in new game, Lu Bu is at level 7. I think it's the highest level, right?
