   it doesn't work in Liu Bei campaign even tho I put the file in the data folder

   before you start commenting about that it doesnt work how about checking if you installed it right first ? simply unzip the 7 zip file with a programm like 7-zip than go into the unziped folder take the unlimited-army.pack file and drag at into the right folder
   
   To install place the .pack file into
   Your Drive:\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War THREE KINGDOMS\data
