   I just installed this mod. and Yuan Shao received the nine bestowments on the third turn. is this normal?

      yup, i'm sure, uninstalled this mod, reload my save the turn before, and no nine bestowment for Yuan Shao.

   Doesn't seem to work for me. Is it possibly outdated? Or is it maybe because I installed the mod on a game that was already started?

   any way you can make a mod so that vassals can't ask their overlords to declare war on people? thanks!

      It's annoying as f*ck i vassalize Liu Bei in late game and after 10 turns i was in war with all China ;-;
