    Seemed to only work for Kong Rong faction in my game.

    I also can't seem to get this to work on an existing save.

    At least for me I didnt see any difference from the normal pace, still takes forever to cross the smallest of provinces, maybe it only activates on new games and not on the ones from loading, will test that again.
