   Does it effect the yearly circle?
   (since 5turn = 1yr originally?)

   Is it possible to add an option for 4 turn techs? Just thinking that 3 might be a bit overkill for me.

   does not work for me maybe not installing it right but doing just as stated in the how to instal. download looks to be okay but can not say for sure

      Did you unpack the file into "...\steamapps\common\Total War THREE KINGDOMS\data"?

    Just tried it on a current save where I had a reform to chose, and the next reform will be in 3 turns. Awesome!
    
    Thank you for doing this, first time I tried requesting a mod and it made me really happy and grateful that you took your time to consider it.
