   the mod only works for Zhang Yan even when he is not the player faction, making him extremely OP

   It would appear that the buff is added at the end of every turn. So after multiple turns, the bonuses become insanely strong and effectively breaks the game.

   Hey i was wondering if it was possible to change the buffs that you placed in that mod, let's say you gave 10% more ammunition is there someway to make it 50% ? Just looking to break the game a lilttle bit.
