    Was this mod ever in the steam workshop I remembered seeing unit packs that were removed like last year that were interesting.

      Open pack file with rpfm-code.exe, go to "campaign_unit_permission_requirements_tables", change the key in "Permission" with your faction "3k_main_unit_permission_faction_[NAME]" (NAME: liu_biao, cao_cao, dong_zhuo,...). SAVE Packfile and Play.
