Use solo when loading or crash will occur [you can try with other minor mods but can't guarantee and you must trial and error yourself]
Place it in your data folder of your Shogun 2 directory in Steamapps

This is the pre-alpha build with all the Gaijin boats/ships and bald Otomo shogun but for Chosokabe. Minor Difference from the other file
